We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder.

Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are not refundable. We are not accountable for any delays caused by the carrier. Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure no any possible delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAX

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are excluded in the express cost you paid and levied once your package reaches your country. GOOCCIO is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries. But you can contact us for an invoice. Please note that the shipping carrier may pay on your behalf for any duties and taxes, as soon as they enter the country. This process is to ensure that the courier can deliver your package in the shortest possible transit time. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from them after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee. Because we are unable to advise the amount of these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on the importing products.

MILITARY ADDRESS

Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or any of the US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island or APO and FPO military addresses will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only. For military orders, delivery times can be upwards of 15-20 working days.

AUTOMATIC RETURNS AND WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the shipping address correct. If you would like to change your shipping address, please write to us at service@gooccio.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are time limits.

All the orders are signature requested. If the signature request is waived or you have signature exemption agreement with FedEx, DHL or TNT, GOOCCIO will no longer be responsible for any lost or damage of the package.
